• How can I contact customer support?
Fill out the form on the Marketplace Contact Us page. We aim to reply to all inquiries by the same business day, Monday – Friday. Please provide additional details so we can better assist you.

Cybersecurity Scorecard
• What is included in the Cybersecurity Scorecard?
The comprehensive Cybersecurity Scorecard evaluates 10 Threat Indicators from an attacker's perspective, providing a clear and concise report card that grades your overall security posture from A to F. This report, along with a complimentary consultation, is available through REDW as a one-time service or as part of an ongoing subscription.
• Why do I need to provide a domain name?
The Security Scorecard report utilizes your domain name to identify your company's online system IP address. The Domain Name System (DNS) serves as the service location, enabling us to accurately assess your security posture.
• When can I expect my report?
You can expect to receive your Security Scorecard report from REDW's IT & Cybersecurity Consulting Director, Brian Grayek within 2-3 business days after placing your order. The exact timing may vary slightly depending on the volume of requests we receive each day. Rest assured, we strive to process all orders promptly to ensure timely delivery of your report.
Tribal Compensation Report
• What report is currently available?
The Tribal Compensation Reports are updated each October. The current report is the current year until the new report is released.
• What's included with the Tribal Compensation Subscription?
By purchasing the subscription, you save up to $5,000 on individual reports and $8,000 on bundles with our 3-Year Subscription Plan. The subscription includes the current report and the next two years of reports.
• How do I access the report once I purchase it?
Once your purchase is processed you will receive an email with the report attached and available for download. Your download is always active as long as the account is active.
• How frequently is the Tribal Compensation Report updated?
The Tribal Compensation Report has been published annually since 2012. We collect data from March through August. The annual report is updated each October.
• Do survey participants pay less for the annual report?
Yes! Those who contribute their data to the Survey receive a $500 discount on the Annual Summary Report. Not only do you pay less, but you also gain access to the Survey’s Comparing, Filtering & Reporting features!
• If my Tribe contributes data to the Tribal Compensation Survey, how do apply my $500 discount?
Please request discount code from our Director of Human Resources Consulting, Sam Bolen.
• What if I already purchased the current report but interested in the subscription?

• Does REDW offer compensation studies for other industries?
Our Human Resources Consulting team is experienced at conducting compensation studies across various industries that help organizations determine competitive rates of pay, while also considering internal equity factors.
• Who do I contact if I need help or have more questions?

• What payment methods are accepted?

• Are there alternative payment methods for Marketplace Products?
If you would like to make other payment arrangements for the Tribal Compensation Report, please reach out to our Director of Human Resources Consulting, Sam Bolen. At this time, all other products are only available via the Marketplace payment methods listed above.
• Am I subject to taxes on purchases?
New Mexico based purchases are subject to sales tax, for all others, taxes will be removed during the checkout process for purchases made outside of NM, or for governmental entities
• Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if you do so before you purchase. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made.
• How do I track my order?
You will receive an email from REDW Marketplace, e-commerce@redw.com as soon as your purchase goes through. If you do not receive an email, check your Junk folder or Contact Us here.
Accessing Purchased Items
• How do I download my purchased reports?
Your download link is provided via email. Your download is always active as long as the account is active.
• What email does my confirmation come from?

• What are the shipping options and costs?
We do not physically mail any of our reports or products. You will receive email confirmations with information on accessing your products.
